But we have some big news of our own: El Toro Square rezoning was recently approved!
The Planning Center helped secure Mayor and Council approval to rezone the property from R-1 to C-2, opening the door for new possibilities for the site.
A big thank-you to the developer and the property owner for trusting us to guide this project through the rezoning process. We also appreciate Juan Teran, CCIM, with Realty Executives for his collaboration and support along the way.
