The Planning Center provided landscape architectural services to this LEED Gold project located on the University of Arizona’s Tech Park Campus. The project is planned and designed to incorporate multi-age education (pre K – 12) within a single campus setting. Unique aspects of the design include:
-An “eco-courtyard” for the high school students
-Flexible outdoor educational space and laboratory
-Outdoor learning and exploration areas
-Music garden
-Exploratory/kinesthetic area
-Adaptive reuse of recycled materials
-Extensive passive and active water harvesting
