The Planning Center prepared an Identity Package and Design Guidelines for the La Estancia master planned community, in order to ensue continuity of community vision and brand identity throughout the development.  The Identity Package and Design Guidelines address the architecture, landscape, environmental graphic design, wayfinding, and building/plant material options (among many more) in order to provide a comprehensive approach to the community planning process.
