The Planning Center is thrilled to have provided site planning and landscape architecture services for Marana Arizona’s new Solstice garden-style apartments.
Set to open in the summer of 2024, this 392-unit fitness-centric luxury living complex provides direct access to Pima County’s “Chuck Huckelberry Loop” and an array of unique recreational amenities, including a 4,000 SF pool (with separate lap lanes), fitness center, dog park, event lawn, cycling maintenance shop, and several parklets.
