We are so excited to announce that the Town of Oro Valley Mayor and Council voted to APPROVE the “Gateway at Vistoso” Rezoning, Development Package, and Architectural Package during the March 20, 2024, Town Council Regular Session.
Years in the works, this project helped to establish over 200 acres of open space in the Rancho Vistoso Community of Oro Valley. Now, 132 Class-A apartment units will provide opportunities for locals to live near this major recreational preserve.
The Planning Center is proud to have teamed with A.23 Architects, Rick Engineering, and Lazarus & Silvyn, P.C. to lead the planning and landscape architecture services for this unique and exciting project. Look out for construction to begin in 2024!
