The Planning Center worked with Maracay Homes on this previously platted site to design a new gated entry, as well as redefine the landscape and recreational amenities to reflect the current market trends. Highlights of this project include: active recreation in the pocket park, marketing trail, irrigation booster pump design, and one of the first single family residential developments following the recession of the housing industry.
