The Planning Center has been involved in the planning, zoning, visioning and implementation of Dove Mountain for more than 20 years. The overall community has grown to over 5,790 acres during that time. Located in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains in northeast Marana, it is characterized by diverse land forms including spectacular ridges and canyons, dramatic rock outcroppings and lush riparian areas and viewsheds.

The Planning Center celebrated the beauty of the natural environment by crafting landscape plans for roughly 4.5 miles of Dove Mountain Boulevard that showcased native vegetation and surface select boulders.  Additionally, The Planning Center designed major entry monuments at Tangerine Road that establish brand identity for the entire community.
